About the position

The AI/ML Pre-Sales Engineer/Architect will serve as a key technical liaison between clients and internal teams, focusing on understanding client needs and developing tailored AI/ML solutions. This role involves engaging with clients to gather requirements, presenting innovative solutions, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise in AI/ML to drive pre-sales activities and support the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients during pre-sales discussions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and project constraints.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to identify client pain points and potential AI/ML solutions.
• Develop tailored AI/ML solutions and present proposals that align with client needs.
• Create compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on solution feasibility and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with internal development, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure that client requirements are translated effectively into project deliverables.
• Participate in project planning sessions, providing insights on technical requirements and potential challenges.
• Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regularly update C-level executives on project status, potential risks, and opportunities for expansion.
• Develop and deliver detailed reports and presentations on project milestones, technical progress, and client feedback.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the sales and delivery process.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Identify opportunities for new product offerings or enhancements based on client feedback and market analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Total of 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a pre-sales, solutions architect, or technical consultant role, focusing on AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, business-focused solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
