About the position
The internship at Teradata offers a unique opportunity for students to engage with Product Managers in delivering advanced analytic capabilities within the Teradata Vantage platform. Interns will work in a fully virtual environment, contributing to meaningful projects that enhance their understanding of the analytic market and customer needs. This role emphasizes hands-on experience, collaboration with engineering teams, and the development of training materials and demos for customers and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver analytic capabilities in the Teradata Vantage platform.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and market opportunities.
- Develop demos and training materials for customers and sales teams.
- Participate in prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) for new features.
- Work closely with engineering teams to implement advanced analytic solutions.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a BS/MS/PhD degree program with graduation dates between December 2025 and June 2027.
- Knowledge in data mining, data science, statistical modeling, econometrics, and quantitative analysis.
- Experience in the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytic solutions.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools and platforms such as SQL, R, or Python.
- Ability to understand customer needs and market opportunities.
