About the position

The AI-Powered GTM Analyst is crucial for leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize go-to-market strategies. This position requires a blend of analytical expertise, technical skills, and a strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management. The analyst will develop and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, measure revenue growth, and enhance overall GTM effectiveness using the AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (CRM, sales data, marketing platforms, etc.) to identify trends, patterns, gaps and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key GTM metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models to automate processes, predict outcomes, and improve decision-making.
  • Apply AI techniques such as predictive modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to optimize sales forecasting, lead scoring, customer segmentation, and other GTM activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deploy and scale AI solutions.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current GTM strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use AI-driven insights to recommend and implement changes to sales processes, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Support sales teams by providing AI-powered tools and information to enhance their performance.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and other departments to understand their needs and provide data-driven support.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and other key decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics) or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and AI/ML development.
  • Experience in a sales or marketing environment, with a focus on GTM strategies, is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
