About the position

The AI Product Manager - Infrastructure - Vice President role at JPMorgan Chase involves leading the strategic vision and roadmap for AI/ML infrastructure requirements. This position is critical in driving the adoption and governance of AI across the firm, ensuring the quality and security of data while leveraging it to generate insights and support commercial goals. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to develop high-quality infrastructure capabilities and improve engineering experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and own the strategic vision and roadmap for infrastructure requirements for AI/ML, Data and Analytics.
• Work with stakeholders across various businesses to collect business requirements, create PRDs, and ship high-quality infrastructure capabilities.
• Seek and provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Identify opportunities to build integrations that will improve the engineering experience of business teams.
• Challenge existing processes and implementations to refine and simplify.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management with proven ability to lead and develop high performing product teams.
• Expertise in identity brokering and systems based entitlements (RBAC and ABAC) with associated governance and approval workflows.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (OIDC, OAuth etc).
• Experience in data handling, data migration, and data storage.
• Familiarity with tagging and metadata capture.
• Experience building out large control planes for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code provisioning tools such as Terraform.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge in the AI lifecycle, spanning from data discovery, data processing, model development, model deployment, and model monitoring.
