About the position

The AI Product Marketing & Communications Vice President at JPMorgan Chase will lead the marketing efforts for the Machine Learning Center of Excellence (MLCOE). This role is pivotal in bringing AI/ML products and capabilities to market, collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to shape product vision and strategy. The position involves developing branding, marketing, and communication strategies to promote MLCOE's offerings, driving product awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop and execute MLCOE branding, marketing & communication channels to position and promote MLCOE products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to understand product features and benefits, translating them into compelling marketing messages.
  • Develop effective product branding and positioning content to differentiate MLCOE products in the market.
  • Drive product awareness initiatives through digital marketing, JPMC internal social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers to co-design go-to-market plans, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Create and drive customer awareness programs to promote cross-product awareness and enable product managers to promote their products to prospective customers.
  • Work with stakeholders to create customer success stories and testimonials with clear dollar impact association, and publish press releases.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints by working with cross-functional teams.
  • Design, track, and report performance metrics with meaningful ROI association to marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in product marketing, preferably in technology or financial services.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their applications in the banking industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to achieving results.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with product management, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including video editing, website design, visual collaboration (Lucid, Figma).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
