As we scale, quality is everything—and that’s where you come in. The AI Quality Analyst is a hybrid role spanning quality engineering, AI annotation, and product quality strategy. You’ll play a central role in ensuring Sous Chef delivers helpful, trustworthy, and delightful responses—every time. You’ll dive deep into user feedback, evaluate how Sous Chef performs at scale, and work closely with engineers and designers to test and refine new releases. You’ll also shape the prompts, knowledge and metadata the assistant relies on to reason and respond.
