About the position

The position involves developing, testing, and deploying scalable machine learning and deep learning solutions across various domains, including computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI. The role is hybrid for those near a MiTek office, with full remote options available for others. The candidate will engage in literature reviews, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions while staying updated on AI trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature review and experimental evaluation of state-of-the-art algorithms, models, services, and tools.
• Develop and iterate on proof-of-concept (POC) projects in an agile manner, including data annotation and labeling.
• Work with complex and large-scale data sets, applying data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis techniques.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Stay updated on developments in AI and machine learning, identifying new opportunities and challenges.
• Engage with customers and partners to understand their requirements and provide technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning solutions required.
• Proficient in Python and SQL required.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Numpy, Pandas, OpenCV, Restful APIs, Docker, GPT APIs, Flask, Huggingface required.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience required.
