About the position
Chai is one of the fastest-growing, generative AI startups in Silicon Valley. YouTube but for LLM's - we have over 1 million active users. We need world-class researchers with extensive coding experience. You will work alongside equally talented and driven teammates implementing safety metrics and alignment techniques to improve our LLMs. We need someone who is reliable and has high standards.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- PhD or Postdoc in a quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of LLM is a bonus but not required
