About the position

As an AI Strategic Pursuits Lead for Automotive AI Agent, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the in-car experience for leading automakers through the application of generative AI. This position involves driving strategic pursuits, acting as a trusted advisor to customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative voice assistant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain highly influential working relationships with key customer stakeholders (CxO levels) to identify opportunities and manage complex business cycles.
• Manage objectives and key results to achieve or exceed strategic business goals by creating execution plans and providing actionable reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop customer engagement and go-to-market strategies, drive pipeline, and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Shape go-to-market and product strategy by leading customer engagements with innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in a business development sales pursuit role in the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space.
• Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer challenges or selling automotive software technology to clients.
• Experience engaging with, presenting to, and building relationships with executive leaders.

• Experience with voice assistants, especially in the automotive space.
• Experience with conversation AI/ML products and use cases.
• Predictive AI experience in the automotive industry.
• Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including its structure and decision-makers.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
