About the position

As an AI Strategic Pursuits Lead for Automotive AI Agent, you will be a key leader responsible for transforming the in-car experience for leading automakers through the use of generative AI. This role involves driving strategic pursuits, acting as a trusted advisor to customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape innovative in-car experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain highly influential working relationships with key customer stakeholders (CxO levels) to identify opportunities.
• Manage highly complex business cycles from initial opportunity discovery to production deployment and scaling.
• Achieve or exceed strategic business goals by building execution plans and providing actionable reporting on customer engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop customer engagement and go-to-market strategies.
• Shape go-to-market and product strategy by leading customer engagements with innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in a business development sales pursuit role in enterprise software, cloud, or AI.
• Experience identifying AI use cases to solve customer challenges or selling automotive software technology.
• Experience engaging with and building relationships with executive leaders.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
