About the position

Outlier is seeking experienced software engineers to assist in training generative AI models by providing human feedback. This freelance position allows for flexible hours and remote work, focusing on crafting questions and evaluating AI-generated code to enhance the performance of AI models.

Responsibilities

• Craft and answer questions related to computer science to aid in training AI models.
• Evaluate and rank code generated by AI models.

Requirements

• Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++.
• Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science from a selective institution.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Nice-to-haves
