About the position

The AI User Experience (UX) Designer, also known as The AI Experience Architect, is responsible for leading the design of user-friendly interfaces for AI-powered products. This role focuses on creating intuitive, human-centered experiences that make artificial intelligence accessible and enjoyable for users. The designer will collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and developers to ensure that complex AI systems are easy to use and engaging, guiding users through interactions with machine learning models and AI-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user experiences for AI-driven products, ensuring intuitive navigation of complex AI processes.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and developers to simplify complex AI interactions for users.
• Design features that ensure transparency and trust in AI-driven user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX design into AI features.
• Create user-centered documentation, including user guides and onboarding flows.

Requirements

• Strong experience in UX design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data visualization concepts.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Ability to conduct user research and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with AI engineers and product managers.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design with a focus on AI or data-driven products.
