About the position
The Home Health Aide / CNA position at Assured Home Health involves providing in-home personal care and health-related services to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This role emphasizes building trusted relationships with patients of all ages while adhering to care plans and regulations. Responsibilities
- Provide in-home personal care and designated health-related services to patients.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility transfer, grooming, bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
- Perform incidental household services essential to the patient's health care at home.
- Complete clinical notes for each visit within required timeframes and incorporate them into the patient's record.
- Follow the aide plan of care and adhere to state regulations.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Certification by the Washington Department of Health.
