About the position

The Data and Machine Learning Innovation (DMLI) team at Apple is seeking a passionate program manager to enhance efficiency, process, and standardization within the organization. This role is integral to the DMLI Chief of Staff team, focusing on strategic planning and operational effectiveness in the AI and Machine Learning domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive the annual, quarterly, and ongoing strategic planning exercises, including coordination, planning, execution, and accountability.
• Enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity within the organization.
• Manage relationships and work cross-functionally within global organizations.
• Facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and accountability.

Requirements

• Master's degree or MBA in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
• 3+ years of experience working in a tech company.
• Strong project management competence and analytical skills.
• Ability to articulate the big picture to executive teams while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.
