About the position

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to build a scalable ASR-focused ML platform.
• Train thousands of models weekly and deliver them to customers.
• Utilize open-source technologies such as PyTorch, HuggingFace, and Kubernetes.
• Implement coding standards and best practices in software development.

Requirements

• Strong coding skills in Python, C/C++, or Java.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and toolkits, particularly PyTorch.
• Excellent understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Self-motivated and proactive with critical thinking capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
