AIML Sr SW Engineer - SystemRF

Within the organization, the mission of the growing Smart Data Eco system team is to inform product evolution and optimize the design cycle through visualization and smart analysis of complex wireless manufacturing data sets. We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful and innovative AI/ML engineer to join our team, and give to a suite of SW tools that are applying the latest AI/ML techniques to solve complex design problems. Responsibilities

• Partner closely with HW design engineering teams on deploying core machine learning algorithms and advanced analytics methods to large complex data sets.
• Develop extensive knowledge of the design's team data collection process, product data structures and metrics, and advocate for changes where needed.
• Work with a team of SW developers to architect, design and deploy the end to end SW stack needed for the tools to deliver critical real-time insights at scale.
• Build outstanding software tools that provide a WOW experience for users.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data science, machine learning, and analytics, including statistical data analysis, A/B testing, prompt engineering and fine-tune foundational models for specific tasks.
• Proficiency with ML modeling frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.).
• Significant experience building complete prototypes and strong overall software development approach. Deliver clean, well-tested code.
• Solid software engineering skills in complex, multi-language systems. Strong programming skills, including data-science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.) and experience with a scripting language for data processing and development (e.g., Python).
• 5 years of relevant work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience crafting, conducting, analyzing, and interpreting experiments and investigations.
• Experience articulating and translating business questions and using innovative cutting edge analysis techniques to arrive at an answer using available data.
• Capable of driving projects of varying sizes and scopes - some will take months and some weeks - and know when to dive deep.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to naturally explain difficult technical topics to everyone from data scientists to engineers to business partners.
• Masters, or PhD Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning or equivalent academic or professional experience.
• Bonus: Experience developing prototypes with Multimodal LLMs and AI agents.
