The Air Emissions Testing-Operations Coordinator at Alliance Source Testing, LLC is a pivotal role that ensures the successful execution of stack testing projects. This position requires a blend of project management skills and field leadership, as the coordinator will oversee various aspects of testing operations. The coordinator will be responsible for reviewing upcoming projects to confirm the availability of necessary equipment and personnel, coordinating with other offices for resource allocation, and managing the logistics of equipment purchase or rental. In addition to project management duties, the Operations Coordinator will assign tasks to personnel, such as cleaning glassware, calibrating equipment, and maintaining trailers. The role also involves assisting the Operations Manager with reviewing the Data Acquisition System (DAS), project templates, and invoicing processes. Future planning, client relations, and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) are also key responsibilities. The coordinator will develop training protocols and generate content for the Learning Management System, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Collaboration is essential in this role, as the coordinator will work closely with Technical Services, Analytical Services, and Operations to enhance the quality of the sample process. The position also requires interaction with the Quality and Safety Departments to establish and implement policy development. Supporting the development and training of employees' skills is crucial for fulfilling current and future roles effectively. The coordinator will also provide technical training for various AST locations and work with Operations Excellence and Quality departments to improve and integrate new offices, developing best practices for daily operations. Other job-related duties may be assigned as necessary.
