About the position

Join our team at AGS as an Air Import E-Commerce Operation Coordinator, where you'll be pivotal in ensuring the timely movement of shipments and maintaining efficient communication with clients and overseas agents. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be instrumental in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing our logistics processes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely movement of shipments and communicating any delays or documentation issues to clients and overseas agents. You will accurately file documents such as invoices, AWB, and shipping statements, verifying merchandise weights or volumes. Additionally, you will utilize analytics tools to track and meet KPIs, identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing improvements. Organizing data using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) will be essential for collaborating internally with warehouse and operations teams for timely fulfillment. You will perform daily tracing to maintain data accuracy and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and carriers. Providing support to fellow associates, supervisors, and department managers as necessary will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely movement of shipments and communicate any delays or documentation issues to clients and overseas agents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Air Import operations experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive with strong organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Cargowise is a plus.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding highly preferred.
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese required.
