About the position

As an Air Refueling Tanker Operations Analyst, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience in defense missions to address complex challenges and develop solutions that enhance national security. Your role will involve a deep understanding of aerial refueling aircraft and operations, including intra-service, joint, and mission partner missions. You will utilize your consulting skills and industry expertise to guide the research and development of detailed capabilities and supporting documents that are critical to our clients' success. This position requires you to travel to client sites to engage with key stakeholders, facilitate working groups, and support information road shows, ensuring that you are at the forefront of mission-critical discussions and decisions. In this role, you will be expected to create mission-forward solutions that not only meet the immediate needs of our clients but also contribute to the long-term strategic goals of the organization. Your ability to think critically and ask the right questions will be essential as you navigate the complexities of aerial refueling operations and collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful results. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations on aerial refueling operations and systems.
  • Develop and coordinate business products using Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to facilitate discussions and working groups.
  • Support the research and development of capabilities and supporting documents.
  • Travel to client sites to present findings and support information road shows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience on current generation aerial refueling aircraft.
  • 5+ years of experience with aerial refueling operations and systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • High School diploma or GED.

  • Experience with Tanker weapons systems.
  • Experience with scheduling and coordinating business events.
  • Experience with program management offices.
  • Experience with DoD Acquisition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
