About the position

Air Runs Services is seeking HVAC and Plumbing Service Technicians of all experience levels, including entry-level candidates. The role involves performing service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC equipment and plumbing systems, while also providing excellent customer service and maintaining organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Install and start up new HVAC equipment.
• Create customer invoices and provide reports on equipment to the service manager using a company-provided iPad.
• Document make, model, serial number, and photos of equipment.
• Communicate proactively with customers and obtain customer signatures upon job completion.
• Perform plumbing maintenance tasks including faucet swaps, drain cleaning, leak repairs, remodels, and water heater replacements.
• Participate in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies.
• Maintain a tidy and neat appearance.
