About The Position
As an aircraft detailer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of aircraft exteriors and interiors. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Exterior Wash: Thoroughly washing the aircraft exterior. De-bugging: Removing bugs and contaminants from leading edges before washing. Belly De-grease: Hand-cleaning the belly of the aircraft to remove grease. Compounding and Waxing: Buffing and applying wax to restore shine and protect the paint. Interior Cleaning: Vacuuming the flooring, washing surfaces, and cleaning windows. Cabin Detail: Wiping down all interior surfaces, seats, sidewalls, and headliner. Checking and treating seats and seatbelts for stains. Cockpit Cleaning: Wiping down windscreen, sidewalls, and flat surfaces. Removing trash. Mildew Removal: Addressing mildew around window seals and overhead headliner. Other Duties: Completing any additional tasks assigned by the Flight Line Supervisor.
