About the position
The Logs and Records Analyst at Siller Helicopters Inc. is responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance within the fleet's maintenance operations. This role involves processing Aircraft Maintenance Logs and Daily Reports, generating maintenance tracking reports, and managing work orders and component cards. The analyst will also support audits related to logs and records management.
Responsibilities
- Daily data entry into aircraft maintenance tracking system and into Excel spreadsheets.
- Generate, monitor, and distribute maintenance tracking reports.
- Research, analyze, and update aircraft historical records.
- Maintain and update technical publications library.
- Monitor airworthiness directives and service bulletins.
- Maintain and update vendors' work-in-progress reports.
- Maintain and update mechanic training records.
- Open and close work orders.
- Communicate with all aircraft crews and repair station personnel.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- 1 year of experience in Aircraft logs and Records preferred
- Familiar with aircraft parts and systems
