About the position
This position is with the Army Reserve Aviation Command, Aviation Support Facility Liberty Eart (Rotary Wing) located at Fort Liberty, North Carolina. This facility supports UH-60L Blackhawks.
Responsibilities
- Planning weekly and monthly work schedules.
- Establish deadlines and priorities.
- Assign tasks to be performed.
- Review work in progress.
- Develop performance standards.
- Interview candidates for vacancies.
- Maintain production reports and records.
Requirements
- This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position is subject to Drug Abuse Testing Program requirements.
- This position requires a medical examination prior to employment.
- Ability to do the work of an Aircraft Mechanic Supervisor without more than normal supervision.
- Ability to assign tasks to subordinates, review work, investigate work related problems, make decisions in regard to equipment, supply and maintenance needs, interview individuals, identify employee training needs and maintain production reports and records.
