About the position

The Aircraft Parts Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining client accounts, processing sales orders, and providing technical knowledge to clients. This hybrid role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The representative will handle customer inquiries, manage sales leads, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales professionals to understand the administrative and sales process.
• Provide technical knowledge to current and potential clients.
• Train less experienced team members on handling complex client issues.
• Coordinate and ensure timely shipments for product demonstrations.
• Handle moderately difficult consumer calls and inquiries.
• Sell products and services via phone or online, meeting quotas and productivity requirements.
• Manage product updates and agreement renewals for assigned accounts.
• Generate leads by calling potential clients and managing sales of third-party components and services.
• Respond to sales leads from various sources including managers and lead generation systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations and create sales documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Valid Airframe & Powerplant License is preferred.
• Experience in aircraft-related sales for at least 3 years is required.
• Inside sales experience for at least 3 years is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Any FAA license (Pilot, A&P, Dispatcher, etc.)
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office, Workday, and other software systems.
• Basic knowledge of contract review and data entry.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and Odoo ERP.
