About the position

The Aircraft Structures Alternate Lead at AAR Corp. is responsible for monitoring and completing aircraft paperwork to ensure safety and timely delivery. Responsibilities

• Monitor and accurately complete all aircraft paperwork to ensure safety and timely delivery.
• Establish work priorities to assist the lead.
• Ensure work performed adheres to high-quality standards.
• Use FAA approved data proficiently (i.e. IPC, M/M, OHM, SRM, A.Ds, S.Bs).
• Perform heavy maintenance tasks without supervision.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1+ year related aviation sheet metal experience and/or training.
• Tech school student or graduate in sheet metal is a plus.
