About the position

Become an Aircraft Supply Specialist! Our Aircraft Supply Specialist supports Prime Appearance, a subsidiary of PrimeFlight Aviation. Responsibilities include overseeing the inventory of tools and supplies essential for aircraft operations. This position requires precise record-keeping and inventory tracking to ensure the timely availability and replenishment of items. You will coordinate with various teams to request and receive aircraft supplies, while working within budget limits and following regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inventory of aircraft supplies
• Coordinate with ordering and restocking of supplies
• Implement inventory management systems and procedures
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and inventory changes
• Stay updated on new aircraft supplies and consumables
• Clean and disinfect aircraft interiors, to include the cabin, seats, galley, lavatory, leather, carpet, and woodwork
• Communicate clearly and effectively with aircrews, external customers, and internal departments
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all cleaning services
• Work under pressure to meet internal and external key performance indicators (KPI) and deadlines
• Apply cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements in supply management
• Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
• Ability to use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
• Ability to work any day/shift, including holidays, within a 24/7 operation
