About the position

The Aircraft Support Equipment Operations Logistics Manager, Senior is responsible for overseeing the management and distribution of aircraft support equipment (SE) within the Integrated Product Team (IPT). This role involves formulating policies, developing procedural guidance, and ensuring effective asset management and accountability. The manager will act as the SE Fleet Manager, making critical decisions regarding asset distribution and maintaining visibility of equipment inventories. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including partner countries, to ensure access to SE reports and data products, while also preparing briefings and reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and disseminate policy and procedural guidance for Aircraft Support Equipment (SE) management.
• Act as the SE Fleet Manager and Joint Support Equipment Controlling Authority.
• Manage and maintain visibility of allowances and real-time asset inventory of all support equipment.
• Track SE items from contract delivery to unit delivery for inventory control and accountability.
• Support redistribution decisions and asset tracking, performing analysis and optimization of SE requirements.
• Manage user access to SE reports and data products for partner countries and ensure compliance with disclosure requirements.
• Prepare leadership support products, including PowerPoint briefings, meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supervising and directing a team of operational technicians in logistics management.
• Ability to prepare and present documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel).
• Secret clearance required.
• HS diploma or GED with 14+ years of experience in operational logistics management, Bachelor's degree with 10+ years, or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
