About the position
The Aircraft Technician - Lead position involves performing maintenance, modifications, and upgrades on regional jets, specifically CRJ and ERJ models. The role focuses on conducting C&D checks and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards while collaborating with a team of technicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, modifications, and upgrades on regional jets (CRJ and ERJ).
- Conduct C&D checks on aircraft.
- Ensure all maintenance and upgrades are completed to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with a team of technicians to achieve maintenance goals.
Requirements
- Experience with aircraft maintenance on regional jets such as CRJ and ERJ.
- Proficiency with EMB 145, EMB 135, and ATR aircraft.
- Airframe License required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of maintenance/line maintenance experience.
Nice-to-haves
- ERJ or CRJ experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
