Hallmark Aviation is seeking dedicated Customer Service Agents to join our team at HNL Airport, providing exceptional service to our world-class international airlines. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are available for PM shifts, specifically from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM and 10 AM to 2 AM. As a Customer Service Agent, you will perform a broad range of duties that may vary depending on location and service demands, ensuring a high-quality product is delivered to our passengers and crew. Your daily functions will include rotating through various areas such as the ticket counter, lobby, gate functions, customs, and arrivals. You will engage in constant interaction with passengers and crew, operating the jet bridge, and resolving any issues related to flight activity to ensure on-time departures. Additionally, you will handle some cash transactions, manage manifests, and label items as necessary. This role requires a strong ability to multitask and maintain organization while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic airport environment.
