Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with fare quotes and boarding gate functions.
  • Perform assignments at the ticket counter, airport lobby, baggage counter, and gate check-in.
  • Maintain professional interactions with airline passengers, clients, and crew members.
  • Translate and transcribe when possible to assist passengers.
  • Handle company assets responsibly and be aware of costs associated with damage.
  • Complete accurate cash handling transactions, manifests, and labeling.
  • Operate machinery in accordance with operational policies and standards.
  • Use computers, printers, and other equipment to manage data and information confidentially.
  • Read, interpret, and comprehend reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Valid US work authorization.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Computer literate with the ability to navigate various software and systems.
  • Ability to make quick and rational decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication and good listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and comprehend reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures.
