About the position

As an Airport Agent specializing in Cabin Appearance at Envoy Air, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the aircraft is prepared for departure in a clean and orderly manner. Your responsibilities will include preparing the interior of the aircraft by thoroughly cleaning all areas, including seats, seatback pockets, floors, tray tables, overhead bins, cockpits, galleys, and windows. You will also be responsible for stocking necessary supplies such as toilet paper, sanitary products, cups, napkins, condiments, and magazines. Safety and security are paramount, and you will assist with required security searches of the aircraft. Communication with supervisors is essential to ensure timely reporting of lost items and identifying any damaged items in the work area. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the interior of the aircraft for departure by ensuring that all areas including the seats, seatback pockets, floor, tray tables, overhead bins, cockpit, galley, and windows are thoroughly clean.
• Guarantee the appropriate supplies such as toilet paper, sanitary products, cups, napkins, condiments, and magazines are accurately stocked.
• Be a champion for safety and security by assisting with required security searches of the aircraft.
• Ensure that all work tasks are completed and cleaning is highly detailed by using a specified checklist.
• Drive communication with Supervisors to ensure timely reporting of any lost items found on an aircraft and identifying any damaged items in the work area.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18
• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a schedule during overnight hours, including overnight hours on holidays and weekends.
• Must enjoy working in a detail-oriented environment with deadlines.
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.
