About the position

As a Customer Service Agent at Envoy Air, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service at the CLD Airport. Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
  • Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
  • Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure on-time departures and arrivals while interacting with customers in a friendly manner.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, providing a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license (some restrictions may apply).
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
