You will be able to utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes all while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. As a Customer Service Agent, you will leave every day feeling fulfilled because you have the power to create a positive start to a passenger's trip. You will be the first to greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience. In addition to customer service duties, you will load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals. This position will allow you to enjoy the fresh air while working outside in all weather conditions. You will get a good workout in while lifting the customers' bags onto the belt and seeing them off to their destination. Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner.
• Achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Lift and handle bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Drive company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license (some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role).
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
