About the position

The Airport Concierge Agent at Alliance Ground International provides personalized concierge services to travelers at various airports in the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients, including executives, families, and celebrities, by assisting them throughout the airport process from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients curbside upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
  • Stay with clients until they are safely onboard their flight.
  • Greet arriving clients at the gate and assist with luggage collection.
  • Ensure clients connect with their appropriate ground transportation.
  • Assist with check-in and ticketing processes.
  • Help clients with baggage collection or drop-off.
  • Assist clients with connecting flights as needed.
  • Navigate clients through the airport and direct them to amenities.
  • Arrange for pre-boarding of flights.
  • Communicate with the Guest Experience Center (GEC).
  • Develop and maintain professional rapport with airport agencies and airlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Adhere to escorting protocol within the airport.
  • Utilize Airport Butler systems for service management and communication.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current authorization to work in the US and a valid driver's license.
  • Ownership of a smartphone with Android 5+ or Apple 11+ and willingness to download required apps.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to wear company uniform and conform to grooming standards.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • High proficiency in computer and smartphone skills, including applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret operational and procedural manuals.
  • Experience in delivering luxury/VIP services or airport/airline hospitality (2 years).
