About the position

As a Project Manager III at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, you will oversee key operational and strategic initiatives within the ATL Workforce business unit. This role involves managing grants, conducting audits, and utilizing data analysis to inform strategic planning, ensuring that programs deliver a strong return on investment (ROI). You will report directly to the Program Management Officer Sr. and require a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of grant applications, funding allocation, and compliance with grantor requirements.
  • Conduct thorough audits of apprenticeship programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the ten department programs to measure performance and outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
  • Implement predictive models to anticipate program needs, resource allocation, and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with airport objectives.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration across different departments to ensure smooth execution of programs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in grant management and compliance.
