About the position

The Lounge General Manager at the Polish Airlines Lounge in O'Hare International Airport is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high-quality guest experience, and managing a dedicated team. This role requires a strong focus on customer service excellence, financial management, and compliance with safety standards, all while embodying the luxury brand of Polish Airlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food operations, ensuring high-quality product delivery in line with Polish Airlines premium standards.
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals, contributing to the success of Sodexo Live! and Polish Airlines.
• Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships to ensure brand alignment with Polish Airlines service philosophy.
• Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff, fostering a customer-focused culture.
• Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, including food and physical safety programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 5 years of functional experience in food and beverage services.

Nice-to-haves

• Fluency in the Polish language is highly preferred.
• Experience managing food and beverage outlets at high-end hotels or upscale hospitality venues.
• Experience with automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.
