About The Position
The Airport Wheelchair Agent plays a crucial role in assisting passengers, particularly those with special needs, through their arrival and check-in processes at the airport. This position involves operating a computerized system for wheelchair support, managing boarding and baggage services, and ensuring a smooth experience for passengers requiring additional assistance. The agent will also direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine, while collaborating with Ramp Service Agents to ensure the timely availability of wheelchairs and other necessary items.
