About the position

The Airside Experience Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient provision of services for general aviation aircraft, crew, and guests at a private aviation terminal. This role involves operating ground service equipment and applying company policies to deliver exceptional service, while also adapting to various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate ground service equipment for general aviation aircraft.
• Provide requested services to crew and guests at the private aviation terminal.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering services.
• Work flexible schedules, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Perform tasks in varying weather and environmental conditions.

Requirements

• Ability to operate ground service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures related to aviation services.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
