About the position
The Airstream Sales Associate at Blue Compass RV is responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, helping clients select products, negotiate terms, and finalize sales. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels to provide an exceptional buying experience and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their RV purchase.
- Respond to leads in a timely manner and answer customer inquiries.
- Help customers select the perfect vehicle and negotiate payment options.
- Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction before and after purchase.
- Follow up with customers to drive loyalty and assist with transitions to the Service department.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in automotive or home sales.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service.
- Willingness to work weekends as needed.
Nice-to-haves
- RV sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience in other automotive sales or home sales.
