About the position

The Airtable Solutions Engineer will be responsible for gathering requirements and developing solutions for internal customers using Airtable. This role involves acting as the engineering subject matter expert (SME) for Airtable-related inquiries, translating organizational goals into effective Airtable solutions, and advocating for best practices in engineering solutions within the platform.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements and developing solutions for internal customers at epic within Airtable
• Acting as the engineering SME for questions related to Airtable
• Helping to translate organizational goals around Airtable to stable and high functioning Airtable solutions
• Advocating for and documenting best practices for engineering solutions within Airtable

Requirements

• 3-5 years in solutions engineering
• 1-2 years experience with Airtable
• Experience creating technical and user-facing documentation
• Experience providing customer support for engineered solutions with Airtable
