About the position

The AIT Product Senior Manager will lead the development and management of innovative technology products within the Innovation Team at PwC. This role focuses on driving the evolution of service delivery through automation, data integration, and enhanced user experience. The Senior Manager will oversee complex products and coach junior product managers, ensuring alignment with business strategies and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee large and complex products or multiple products in various stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Coach and manage Product Managers and Assistant Product Managers aligned to assigned products.
  • Encourage team collaboration and ensure all voices are heard during discussions.
  • Effectively address ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
  • Initiate open coaching conversations at all levels of the organization.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop potential solutions proactively.
  • Contribute technical knowledge in the area of specialization.
  • Foster an environment where people and technology can thrive together.
  • Navigate complexities of cross-border and diverse teams and engagements.
  • Build trust through open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Proven record of success in managing projects and achieving key performance metrics.
  • Experience in IT implementation, operations reporting, and marketing communications.
  • Ability to explore new technologies and manage product teams effectively.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams to build beneficial products.
  • Flexibility in defining and designing product requirements.
  • Strong collaboration skills with business and functional leadership teams.
  • Experience in presenting product strategies at meetings and conferences.
  • Ability to prioritize new features and manage product roadmaps.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of SAFE Agile practices/framework and ADO.
  • Experience in user acceptance testing and product deployment.
  • Ability to produce visual prototypes in collaboration with user experience teams.
