About the position

The AIT Product Senior Manager at PwC is responsible for leading the Innovation Team's efforts in developing and deploying disruptive technologies and products that enhance service delivery. This role focuses on product management within the context of automation, data analytics, and user experience design, aiming to improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes across the organization. The Senior Manager will oversee complex products and mentor junior product managers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of innovative technologies and products.
• Oversee large and complex products or multiple products in various stages of the product lifecycle.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers and Assistant Product Managers.
• Encourage team collaboration and ensure all voices are heard in discussions.
• Manage ambiguous and unstructured problems effectively.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and propose solutions proactively.
• Contribute technical knowledge in areas of specialization.
• Foster an environment where people and technology can thrive together.
• Navigate complexities of cross-border and diverse teams.
• Initiate and lead open conversations to build trust with teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience in product management or related roles.
