Responsibilities

• Processes customer purchases and performs general cleaning duties.
• Stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provides exceptional customer service to assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Provides feedback to management on products, inventory losses, and general issues.
• Participates in taking store inventory counts and monitoring inventory for accuracy.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Stocks shelves and rotates products to ensure freshness.
• Follows merchandising planograms for displays.
• Organizes new inventory and removes empty boxes.
• Operates machinery and follows safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Effective time management skills.
• Knowledge of products and services of the company.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately (for Cashier role).
• Ability to comply with state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages (for Cashier role).
• Ability to operate equipment safely and properly (for Stocker role).
• Morning availability to accommodate store operational responsibilities (for Stocker role).

Nice-to-haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
