Leveraging cutting-edge LLM technology, we're creating a brand new AI search engine and streamlining the entire purchasing process for B2B customers. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of how businesses interact with our platform, ensuring that our AI search capabilities meet the evolving needs of our users. As an AI Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of this innovation, driving product planning, goal setting, and strategy breakdown for the AIDC AI search initiative. You will work closely with various teams, including algorithm development, customer service, operations, and research and development, to implement solutions that enhance user experience and achieve business objectives. Your expertise in AI products and B2B e-commerce will be crucial in identifying issues and developing effective product solutions that leverage the capabilities of large models to improve resolution and handling efficiency through AI-assisted agents.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the product planning, goal setting, and strategy breakdown of AIDC AI search.
• Familiar with B2B e-commerce and search, leveraging the capabilities of large models to enhance resolution and handling efficiency through AI-assisted agents.
• Develop product solutions to address identified issues and collaborate closely with algorithm, customer service, operations, research and development teams to implement these solutions and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of AI product-related experience.
• Deep expertise in AI products, with a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative AI products, particularly in AI search technologies.
• Technical background with a solid understanding of AI algorithms, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-sufficiency with the capacity to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also being able to seek guidance and support when needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify and solve complex problems using technical expertise and creative thinking.
• Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI.
