About the position

As the Product Marketing Lead at Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group, you will spearhead the social media strategy for a newly launched AI product. This role involves driving engagement, growth, and brand awareness through effective go-to-market strategies and compelling content creation. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and leverage your understanding of the technical landscape to enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for our newly launched Ai product.
  • Create, curate, and manage daily content (including text, images, and videos) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, mentions, and direct messages to foster a strong connection with our audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and apply this knowledge to our strategy.
  • Utilize basic technical skills to manage social media tools, dashboards, and any necessary integrations.

Requirements

  • Proven solid experience managing and growing a Twitter account for a brand, preferably in the tech space.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Basic technical skills (e.g., familiarity with APIs, social media management tools, or basic coding is a plus).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and tweak strategies accordingly.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for startups and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in B2B sector knowledge is a plus.
