About the position

As a Sales Associate at Brooks Brothers, you will play a crucial role in promoting our culture, values, and mission. Your primary responsibility will be to share your passion for fashion and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will engage with customers to build relationships and foster brand loyalty by utilizing company tools effectively. Achieving and exceeding sales goals is a key aspect of your job, and you will do this by executing our selling strategy and sharing your product knowledge with customers. You will also assist with daily opening and closing tasks to ensure the store remains clean, neat, and tidy. Your responsibilities will include completing assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers. It is essential to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working collaboratively with your team to create a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. Requirements

  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
  • Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
