About the position

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-level All Source Analyst to support the government's intelligence analysis of foreign weapons of mass destruction (WMD) programs. This role involves conducting comprehensive analysis using various intelligence sources to assess national security issues and provide analytic support to defense intelligence efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues.
• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
• Lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems and provide guidance in selecting and applying analytic methodologies.
• Collaborate with other IC members on information sharing and addressing analytic disputes.

Requirements

• Minimum TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant analysis experience, with some within the last 2 years.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information and structure analysis based on trends.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in leading teams and guiding analytic methodologies.
• Additional experience in the specific labor category may substitute for educational requirements.
