About the position

The position involves working with alliances to create business opportunities for Wipro and its partners, focusing on joint offerings and pipeline development. The role requires collaboration with various strategic partners and technology companies to drive revenue growth through partner solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and thought leadership visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Work with alliances to create business opportunities for Wipro and the alliance partner.
  • Create joint offerings, build pipeline and deliver mutually beneficial results.
  • Collaborate with Wipro level alliances, Technology BU level strategic partners, and niche technology companies.
  • Increase revenue generated through partner solutions and drive domain revenue by scaling offerings using partner products.
  • Build a healthy pipeline with partner solutions and market them through partner sales channels.
  • Support dissemination of partner offering information within accounts of engagement.
  • Identify opportunities in the market and engage with partners.
  • Integrate partner solutions with Wipro's IPs and create PoCs and CoEs based on customer needs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in all partner influenced projects.
  • Deliver high quality of work with compliance to client needs and delivery parameters.
  • Increase thought leadership visibility of Wipro by engaging partner SMEs and branding practice offerings.
  • Create KM documents for process & product configurations and case studies for partner solution-led projects.
  • Encourage team members to attain required skill levels in partner solutions and arrange necessary training.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Alliance management/Presales/IT services Marketing experience.
  • Sales/Pre-Sales/Management Consulting background with Business-IT Strategy skills.
  • Good understanding of broader information technology concepts including Strategic Consulting, Systems Integration, and Cloud computing.
  • Experience in working with on-shore/off-shore personnel across different time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) with the ability to articulate and sell value propositions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in IoT, PLM, and Open source technologies.
  • Familiarity with Global Delivery Models and Managed/IT Outsourcing Services.
