About the position
The Allied Recruiter position at GrapeTree Medical Staffing is designed for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry. This role focuses on recruiting quality Allied Health Care Professionals (HCPs) such as Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, connecting them with healthcare facilities that need their expertise. The position offers flexibility in work location, including options for onsite, hybrid, or remote work, and provides opportunities for professional growth and uncapped commission earnings.
Responsibilities
- Recruit quality Allied HCPs and connect them with healthcare communities.
- Assess applicants based on GrapeTree standards and complete candidate files for placement.
- Orient applicants on GrapeTree processes and software.
- Achieve placement goals by fitting candidates into open positions and organizing extensions for healthcare professionals' contracts.
- Build and establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals for retention.
- Utilize multiple sources to build an applicant prospect pool, including colleges and social media.
- Communicate with healthcare facilities to evaluate their needs for Travel, Local, or PRN placements.
- Evaluate marketing strategies by region for effectiveness and adjust approaches as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Knowledge of software including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Windows.
- Familiarity with internet capabilities.
