About the position

The Insurance Sales Professional at All Access Agency is a full-time role focused on generating new business through outbound calls and marketing a variety of insurance products. This position offers a competitive salary with opportunities for commission and bonuses, along with career advancement in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Make 200+ outbound calls daily to generate new business.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Call prospective customers using telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
  • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
  • Provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred.
  • Insurance experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty License preferred; Life & Health license is a plus.
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual candidates welcome.
